Thank you for visiting and shopping at Izibuko Eyewear. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

We only deliver within South Africa.

Free shipping

Enjoy Free shipping via  PUDO locker to door ( transit times 1-4 business days) when you spend R700 or more. Free delivery will only apply to retail purchases and cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons.

Shipment Processing times

All items purchased before 05:00 am will be processed within 1-2 working days before they are shipped out. Same day processing and shipping requests can be made and via whatsapp at 063 196 6383. Please note that the decision on this request will be made at our discretion on a case by case basis. 

Please note that we do not ship out orders during weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for processing. If there will be a significant delay changes in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Transit Times

Transit times will correspond with and depend on the third party courier companies chosen chosen by the customer at checkout. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to reasons outside of our control such a civil unrest, bad weather, natural disasters etc. This may result in delays in your shipping transit times. We will do our best to communicate with the courier company on your behalf should you make the request via our whatsapp.

  

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that we only deliver within South Africa via the following third party courier companies at these rates:

  • Paxi Option 1 Store to Store (7-9 Working Days): R60.00
  • Paxi Option 2 Store to store (3-5 Working Days): R100.00
  • Aramex door to door (2-5 Working Days): R100.00

For to Door deliveries please ensure that the recipient will be available at the provided address during working hours.

Please be sure to track your parcel using the tracking number sent to your e-mail address or cell phone number.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or sms once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delivery Changes

We will also gladly assist you in making changes or updates to your parcel if it is still in our possession, however, please be advised that this may cause some delays in processing time. Parcels that have already been handed over to the third party courier companies can only be changed or updated by a “return to sender” request which may incur some additional charges and cause further processing and transit/ delivery delays. We will advise on in this regard and the outcomes will differ on a case by case basis. Kindly call or  whatsapp 0631966383 for quicker response and assistance in this regard.

Changes in delivery  destination and/or contact information may affect delivery times. Please be advised that in some instances rerouting parcels may incur additional charges that will be at the cost of the customer. Please call/e-mail the respective courier company handling the delivery of your parcel. If you are unable to get assistance from the courier company, we may be able to log the request on your behalf.

Damage or Loss of packages during transit

 

Izibuko Eyewear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  However, If you received your order damaged, please contact us so that we may file a claim with the courier company in this regard.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and take as much photo and video evidence as possible before and after opening the package to support your claim.

We will also do our best to ensure that we reach an amicable resolution to ensure that your purchase was not in vain.

Exhanges and Returns Policy

 

We strive to deliver you the best in quality and value, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order we are happy to take back the product and issue you a full refund of your purchase. Please note that the terms and conditions outlined in our returns and exchange policy will apply
